Why you need 3D Design for Your Projects?

Be Leaf Renovation provides 3D interior design services in Ottawa for you.

01. Visualize Before You Renovate

3D bathroom renderings lets you explore your space thoroughly before breaking ground. To see a real preview of layouts, colors, tiles, fixtures and lighting that can help you feel good about your decision.

02. Save Time and Money

By identifying design errors or bad design matches ahead of time, 3D renderings help prevent expensive blunders during construction. This tool helps prevent rushed changes that can slow down the project, and cost you more.

03. Explore Multiple Design Options

Don’t know which tile, vanity or shower layout to choose? With a 3D render, you can quickly compare styles, materials and configurations to find the perfect fit for your style and budget.

04.Accurate Space Planning

Every bathroom is unique. The final 3D render are dimensionally correct representations and to scale, so every detail - from the vanities to the bathtubs - will fit your space and be comfortable and functional

05. Better Communication with Contractors

3D renderings help to share visual language between homeowners and contractors. Everyone can see the final vision of the future renovation project, ensuring that it matches all expectations.

06. Enhanced Confidence in Your Investment

A personalized bathroom or kitchen remodeling is a significant investment. 3D visualization gives you a piece of mind by showing you exactly how each choice will look and work, so you know you're spending your money wisely.

With 3D Bathroom Rendering

3D Rendering for a Sleek 4-piece Bathroom in the Glebe, Ottawa

The clients didn’t need the whole bathroom redone here — only the tub and shower. The tiles are a beige-grey tone, used on both the floor and walls for a clean look. We fitted a white drop-in tub right beside a glass shower, using regular chrome fixtures to keep things straightforward.

The design here relies on clear contrasts. The dark vanity sits against a light wall, the white counter stands out on the cabinet, and the bright tub rests on a darker floor. Black fixtures also work nicely with the blue-and-white walls. The shower follows the same approach. We planned everything in advance using a 3D model.

Photorealistic 3D Visualization for a Stylish 5-piece Bathroom in Stittsville

This bathroom was finished with a calm, modern look. The 3D concept showed neutral colors and strong black accents, though the clients adjusted a few details while we worked — including choosing one mirror instead of two.
The double vanity, the freestanding tub, and the simple walk-in shower made the final space feel exactly right to them.

Common Questions/ FAQ

  • A 3D bathroom visualization is a photorealistic digital representation of any bathroom design. It is created using 3D software to show a realistic space, including all elements like tiles, fixtures, textures, and lighting.

At Be Leaf Renovation, our professional interior designers use AutoCAD software.

  • A 3D kitchen visualization is a clear digital plan showing how the space will be arranged — from cabinets and countertops to lighting and materials. It gives you a full picture of the design before work starts.

We prepare these visualizations in AutoCAD, making it easy to fine-tune the layout with us before the renovation begins.

  • In our portfolio, you’ll notice that we use full 3D images instead of simple CAD drawings. This helps homeowners pick out tubs, showers, cabinets, and sinks and also get a sense of the room before we start. For our renovation team, the 3D model is a practical tool — it shows where everything goes and helps us avoid mistakes on the job.

  • For your first revision, you’ll receive 3–4 images from different angles.

For the second revision, you’ll get another 3–4 updated images reflecting your changes.

After the final approval, we’ll provide the final set of 4 high-quality images of your finished 3D design.

  • Our 3D visualizations are more affordable than hiring an independent interior designer, while still delivering high-quality, photorealistic results.

The exact price depends on the size and complexity of your space—for example, a simple powder room requires less work than a five-piece master bathroom.

    • 3D bathroom visualization: from $500 – $800 CAD

    • 3D kitchen visualization: from $1,000 – $1,500 CAD

We also offer a special bonus: if your renovation project with us exceeds $100,000, your 3D renderings are completely free. Many clients choose this option when renovating multiple bathrooms or combining a bathroom and kitchen project.

  • The 3D bathroom design usually requires around two weeks.
More detailed or complex layouts may need an additional week for review and final confirmation.
It’s helpful to consider this when setting your renovation timeline.

  • We include two revisions in your 3D design package.

    Here’s how it works:

     1. Measurements & Preferences – We start by taking detailed measurements of your bathroom or kitchen and discussing your style and needs.

    2. First Draft – Our designer creates a 3D model and provides five images from different angles. You review them and share your feedback — this is your first revision.

    3. Updated Design – The designer makes adjustments and re-renders the images. You can request changes again — this is your second revision.

    4. Final Design – After your approval, we deliver the finished 3D visualizations, ready to guide your renovation.
